I have done Power 90, P90X and some other exercise videos. Well, this time I figured I would document it and see if that would keep me motivated to keep going and see if there were any different results.
Starting on Monday January 14th 2013 I will “Push Play” on Power 90 which is the first of the P90 series. after 60 days I will change up from the Power 90 and move to the Power 90 Master Series which adds the next phase of Cardio and Sculpting. It also adds an intense mix of Cardio, Plyometrics, and other “trouble” areas. This time around I will not be changing my eating habits but that may change once I get going. I am sure no one is actually reading this but I will keep posting anyway.
