I have tried to blog about this in the past but I am hoping this time will be different. Week one of Shaun T’s T25 is in the books and we have have started week 2. I wasn’t going to change my eating habits too much other than cutting out the soda, fast food, and limiting myself to no more than 2 beers a day (it has been significantly less by the way). However, due to recent body changes (stomach doesn’t seem to like rich, spicy foods) we will be changing the diet as well.
I know it has only been a week but I can tell just by increasing the normal activity it has helped. Last night was Stretching and even that felt awesome. New found flexibility 🙂
