Finally going to put the New March Pump and Modified Brew Rack to use this weekend. Brewing on Sunday, I know it is Valentine’s Day however, the wife is getting a Highlight and a Haircut so I figured I could brew on the same day.

So with that the starter has been turning on the stirplate since Tuesday. I will split the starter tomorrow into two 1L starters tomorrow night for proper yeast growth and hopefully this one will be a House Favorite.
